There are many art galleries, but few have the ambition to become something larger and more challenging. Studio Kroner does.
In May, Studio Kroner will introduce—ALL ELSE PALES—born from founder Paul Kroner’s vision for art as a conduit for the exchange of ideas about the world around us. This exhibit explores the environment, with beauty, song, laughter, and discussion.

David Young & Dena Hawes
May 12- June 13
The month-long exhibit opens with “The Global Warming Series” featuring 18 large, provocative paintings by David Young depicting global warming causes, effects on nature, and effects on humans, as well as sculptures by Dena Hawes that unite elements from nature with metalwork.
Mary Kroner: X Marks The Spot

Mary Kroner premieres her one-woman performance piece with music entitled “X Marks the Spot,” which examines history, culture, and environment from a single plot of land. Expect to laugh and ponder. All proceeds to go to support the
Ben Brabson: The Science Behind the Art

Ben Brabson, Emeritus Professor of Physics at Indiana University, discusses the science of global warming through the lens of David Young’s paintings.
Oliver Kroner: Climate Action in CIncinnati
Saturday, May 21
Oliver Kroner, Sustainability Director for Cincinnati, speaks about Climate Action in Cincinnati. It’s a message of action and hope.
Elaine Olund: Poetry About the Environment
Wednesday, May 25
In consideration of the environment, host poet Elaine Olund and others read poems to complement works in the exhibition.
