The Warriors, Builders, & Weavers of Cincinnati’s Foodshed
February 26- 28, 2026
Studio Kroner presents Warriors, Builders, & Weavers, a three-day exhibition rooted in Cincinnati’s Foodshed: An Art Atlas, a visually rich exploration of the Cincinnati Tri-State region’s food economy. Produced by Alan Wight and collaborators, the Atlas informs this exhibition by bringing original artworks, research-based storytelling, graphic-novel-inspired storyboards, and newly created neighborhood food maps into the gallery. The project highlights the farmers, chefs, activists, artists, and enterprises shaping a more sustainable and equitable regional food system. Warriors, Builders, & Weavers translates these ideas into an immersive exhibition experience, anchoring facilitated conversations and public programs that reveal the often-unseen abundance of Cincinnati’s food landscape.
Discussion Panelists:
Dominic Bly - Garden of Joy Culinary Academy
Peter Huttinger - Turner Farm Community Gardens Program
Barb Liphardt - Gorman Heritage Farm
Amaha Sellassie - West Dayton Action Research
Shannon Carr, Isiah 55, Inc., & Garden of Eatin
